Kahala Court is looking for a Senior Healthcare Assistant. Kahala Court is a beautiful home on the embankment of Kingsbridge Estuary , which provides person centered residential care to 30 residents with varying needs.
We are looking for a Senior care assistant to take a lead and support the team. You’ll be responsible for caring for people with a range of needs and supervising our excellent team of carers. We are looking for someone who is resident care focused, committed to delivering exceptional high quality service and has strong attention to detail. If you do not have a level 3 NVQ in health and social care, we will help you work towards it. The ideal candidate would have experience as a team leader or senior healthcare assistant within the care sector, those with strong nursing or care backgrounds would also be considered.
