We are seeking a commercially minded and delivery-focused SAP Programme Manager with strong experience leading large-scale SAP transformation initiatives, particularly around:

  • SAP ECC upgrade programmes
  • S/4HANA assessment and migration initiatives
  • Enterprise-scale ERP transformation delivery
  • Hybrid GCP/SAP AI initiatives

You will work closely with client stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and executive sponsors to shape and successfully deliver strategic SAP programmes. Experience working alongside cloud transformation initiatives, particularly on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP transformation and upgrade programmes
  • Manage SAP ECC upgrade and S/4HANA assessment engagements
  • Define programme governance, delivery structures, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders and business leadership teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including SAP, cloud, data, and integration specialists
  • Oversee programme financials, commercial reporting, and resource planning
  • Drive programme assurance, quality, and successful outcomes
  • Support pre-sales activities, client workshops, and solution shaping
  • Collaborate with cloud and data teams on broader transformation initiatives

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as an SAP Programme Manager within enterprise environments
  • Strong track record delivering SAP ECC upgrade programmes
  • Experience leading S/4HANA readiness assessments, planning, or migration programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets, risks, and multi-stream programmes
  • Strong understanding of SAP delivery methodologies and governance
  • Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Knowledge of SAP on GCP architectures or cloud migration strategies
  • Exposure to data, analytics, or AI transformation programmes
  • SAP Activate or related SAP certifications
  • Agile and hybrid delivery experience
