This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, develop people and help shape the future of digital services within a successful and growing business.   Role:    Digital Services Team Leader Salary: £45,000-£50,000 DOE Hours: 37.5 per week Location: Birmingham (B37) Reporting to: Digital Services Manager   About the Role This is a great opportunity for a people-focused individual to lead and develop the Digital Services team, improve technology support and deliver excellent customer service. You will help set priorities, encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing, and identify better ways of working to enhance the service provided across the business.   Key Responsibilities Coach, support and develop the Digital Services team, encouraging knowledge sharing, mentoring and continuous learning. Create an inclusive, collaborative team environment where people feel supported and motivated to succeed. Help prioritise workloads, resolve customer issues and coordinate service coverage, including the out-of-hours rota. Build strong working relationships across IT teams, business functions and senior stakeholders to improve service delivery and support positive change. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience. Use service insights to identify improvements, shape priorities and contribute to digital transformation initiatives. Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across Digital Services.   About You You will be passionate about customer service, developing others and helping teams succeed and have experience supporting, mentoring or coordinating others within a service-focused environment, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will be a confident communicator, able to build positive working relationships, encourage collaboration and support change. Experience within an IT or technical service environment is important, with knowledge of ITIL or service management principles being beneficial.
