We’re looking for someone with a deep appreciation for specialty coffee to join our team in a variety of roles from assisting in day-to-day roastery operations to providing barista training to new wholesale customers.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with previous barista experience, who cares deeply about relationship driven coffee and is ready to get stuck in with the operations of an independent coffee roastery.

Key responsibilities include

  • Delivering barista training to new wholesale customers
  • Packing and dispatching coffee orders
  • Serving customers at the roastery: making coffees, advising on coffee choices & brewing techniques
  • Supporting existing wholesale clients and maintaining good working relationships
  • Keeping our roastery & production area clean, safe and well‑organised
  • Writing newsletters & keeping customers up to date
  • Learning more about coffee and roasting, leading to being trained to roast
  • Keeping track of stock levels

What we’re looking for

  • A confident barista with previous experience in the speciality coffee industry
  • Someone with a positive can‑do attitude, who’s proactive and reliable
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer care
  • A team‑player who doesn’t shy away from contributing ideas
