KAEFER UK & Ireland is seeking a Regional People Advisor to join the Nuclear & Defence Team.

The role is based between the Hinkley Point C site and Devonport, Plymouth, with travel to Plymouth as needed.

You will deliver generalist employee relations support, guidance to management, and hands-on HR activity onsite.

The successful candidate will have strong employment law knowledge, ER casework experience, and a CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) with a full UK driving license.
