KAEFER UK & Ireland is seeking a Regional People Advisor to join our Nuclear & Defence Team.

The role is based at the Hinkley Point C site and Plymouth area, with travel between locations to provide generalist employee relations support to staff and assist management.

You will advise managers on HR matters, support investigations, ensure policy compliance, contribute to the regional People Plan, maintain GDPR-compliant records, and help drive culture and engagement across the region.
