Location: Remote with regular visits to all UK sites (Scotland, Wales and England)

Contract type: Full time, Permanent

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Framework Manager to join our Nuclear and Defence division on a permanent basis. In this role you will oversee work across five operational Nuclear decommissioning sites as part of a framework which runs until at least 2029. The scope is predominantly Access and Asbestos removal within a regulated operating environment.

How you will make an impact

  • Provide a regular interface with all KAEFER support functions and be the reporting line for five site leads who will be running day-to-day activities on the sites.
  • Oversee functional and operational activities on the framework, ensuring excellent communication and teamworking
  • Hold single point accountability for delivery of the Framework contract and all assigned task orders
  • Monitor daily and weekly effectiveness of delivery and attend Steering and Management Framework groups, preparing meeting packs in advance of meetings and supporting the close out of actions that follow
  • Ensure teams consistently and efficiently deliver the work scope, and motivate teams to deliver on objectives
  • Flex resource when necessary to meet changes in demand
  • Manage risk and deliver solutions to mitigate risks to delivery (in accordance with NEC Early Warning & Risk Reduction processes)
  • Monitor KPI performance & drive continuous improvement vs. targets
  • Oversee the preparation of task order information for the delivery of work order scopes and manage the close out of task orders for the completion of work orders
  • Coordinate and monitor any management of change activities
  • Govern in relation to site safety and security procedures and ensure alignment to KAEFER procedures, putting in place effective processes that deliver on procedural requirements in the most reliable and efficient means possible

  • Experience in delivering similar services at an equivalent position in a highly regulated work environment
  • Experience in managing work teams in the same or similar work disciplines
  • Flexibility to travel to sites as required in order to be most effective
