The Opportunity
We are looking for a Buyer to join our Procurement team on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. You will be working within the Supply Chain team to support KAEFER in achieving our mission to be the most reliable and efficient provider of technical industrial services. The primary focus of this role is to procure goods and services quickly and accurately to ensure operations are maintained across the business with a focus on QCD.
How you will make an impact:
- Raise PORs for goods and services ensuring approval in line with DOA.
- Expedite PORs to ensure lead times are met.
- Issue RFQs.
- Invoice query resolution.
- Engage with key stakeholders across the business to develop relationships, understand requirements and project pipeline.
- Be a champion for the function, providing guidance and support to site teams for all aspects of supply chain.

- Excellent communication skills to deal with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.

Salary and benefits
The salary for this role is competitive and comes with the following benefits:
- Financial benefits: Competitive salary reviewed annually, Pension based on minimum of 5% from employee, 7.5% from KAEFER, Discretionary, non-contractual, company bonus scheme (annual), Long term service reward, Life cover (x3 annual salary), Company Discount Scheme (Pluxee).
