We are looking for a Works Coordinator to join our Special Nuclear Materials (SNM) value stream on a permanent basis. This role ensures the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of scaffolding and associated services, supporting critical projects in a complex and high‑security environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scaffold schedules (overall and project‑specific).
  • Attend and contribute to weekly PCC meetings, individual project meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Chair weekly scaffold IWM planning and plant scaffold management meetings.
  • Lead and manage scaffold supervisors, ensuring daily task alignment and weekly performance reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with the Temporary Works Coordinator, Construction team, and KAEFER Design team.
  • Ensure seamless integration and communication across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong planning and organizational capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of KAEFER's services and core values.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex planning scenarios for client understanding.
  • Confident operating at management level, with the ability to challenge and hold others accountable.
  • Presenting via MS Teams and PowerPoint.

Desirable Attributes:

  • DV clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience working in a Category 1 nuclear facility.
  • Familiarity with Integrated Work Management (IWM) processes.
