Responsibilities Raise PORs for goods and services ensuring approval in line with DOA. Expedite PORs to ensure lead times are met. Issue RFQs Invoice query resolution. Engage with key stakeholders across the business to develop relationships, understand requirements and project pipeline. Be a champion for the function, providing guidance and support to site teams for all aspects of supply chain. Excellent communication skills to deal with various levels of internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisation, work prioritisation and negotiating skills. Proactivity and the ability to work using your own initiative. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines. Accuracy in processing data and information. Experience working with MRP/ERP systems. Previous experience in a similar Supply Chain role. Desirable Knowledge of Supply Chain best practice . Experience of Contract Management and Risk Management.
