Responsibilities

  • Scheduling: Managing meeting room calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining organized filing systems, databases, and records, both electronic and physical.
  • Document Preparation: Drafting, editing, and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Office Support: Ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating with purchasing.
  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • General Office Duties: Performing a wide range of administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office.

Qualifications

  • GCSE Grade C/4 and above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Experience in general administration preferred but not essential.
