We have an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Equipment Coordinator to join a world leading supplier of equipment to the service industry. With significant growth over the last years, and strong presence all over the globe, this company can offer excellent support, training and career prospects/opportunities to the right candidate.

Shift: Night Shift Monday to Friday 22:00 to 07:00

Warehouse Coordinator Duties:

  • You will be fully responsible for coordinating equipment across departments to ensure accurate allocation, timely dispatch and safe loading for delivery.
  • The role involves close communication with internal teams and customers whilst maintaining job files and managing vehicle logistics.
  • Flexibility for overtime and on-call duties is essential, along with strong organisational skills, attention to detail whilst meeting the fast-paced demands of the business.
  • Coordinate the hire order, receipt, despatch, returns and reconciliation process of technical equipment from specialist third party vendors.
  • Coordinating and liaising with the return department, customers and drivers.

Experience required for the Warehouse Coordinator position:

  • Previous warehouse experience in a similar position preferably within the equipment/tool hire or rental industry (advantageous not essential).
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel and inventory tracking systems.
  • Able to work in a challenging and high pressured environment.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, flexible and hard working.
  • Clear, confident and precise communicator whether written or verbal.
