Mechanical Test Engineer £32-38K + Excellent Benefits (Pension, health, holidays, 8% bonusetc) We have an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical/Thermal Test Engineer to join a world leading engineering company specialised in developing products for the pharmaceutical and medical industries. As part of the Engineering team, the Mechanical Test Engineer will be responsible for: Looking after projects from an initial brief by liaising with customers during the process Qualify bespoke products to customer specifications Carrying out various tests including thermal and structural analysis and simulations Provide technical product support to Customers and colleagues within Sales and other internal departments, recommending appropriate solutions where required. Prepare laboratory tests using approved process, equipment and materials Writing of technical documentation to required standards; to include: Engineering Memos, Qualification Protocols and Reports, Performance Summaries and Assembly Posters. Maintaining documentation using change control system Maintaining the workplace to be of a high level of cleanliness and order Responsible for the calibration of all equipment used...
