Warehouse Coordinator/Warehouse Operative
£29/30K + Overtime + Good benefits
We have an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator/Warehouse Operative to join a leading equipment rental company serving the service industry.

Warehouse Coordinators Duties
- You will be fully responsible for coordinating equipment across departments to ensure accurate allocation, timely dispatch and safe loading for delivery.
- The role involves close communication with internal teams and customers whilst maintaining job files and managing vehicle logistics.
- Flexibility for overtime and on-call duties is essential, along with strong organisational skills, attention to detail whilst meeting the fast-paced demands of the business.
- Coordinate the hire order, receipt, despatch, returns and reconciliation process of technical equipment from specialist third party vendors.
- Coordinating and liaising with the return department, customers and drivers. xgikmsk
- Carrying out general warehouse and manual handling duties
Experience required for the Warehouse Coordinator position
- Previous warehouse experience in a similar position preferably within the equipment/tool hire or rental industry (advantageous not essential)
- Excellent IT skills including Excel and inventory tracking systems
- Able to work in a challenging and high pressured environment;
- Self-motivated, reliable, flexible and hard working;
- Clear, confident and precise communicator whether written or verbal;
