Warehouse Coordinators Duties
- You will be fully responsible for coordinating equipment across departments to ensure accurate allocation, timely dispatch and safe loading for delivery.
- The role involves close communication with internal teams and customers whilst maintaining job files and managing vehicle logistics.
- Flexibility for overtime and on-call duties is essential, along with strong organisational skills, attention to detail whilst meeting the fast-paced demands of the business.
- Coordinate the hire order, receipt, despatch, returns and reconciliation process of technical equipment from specialist third party vendors.
- Coordinating and liaising with the return department, customers and drivers.
