This senior leadership role will oversee a 150-person global engineering organization, leading leaders across multiple teams to deliver cutting-edge AI-driven legal solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Lead and scale a 150+ person global engineering team, building a high-performance culture through strong leadership, mentoring, and technical inspiration.
- Multi-Product Portfolio Ownership: Oversee the development of AI-enabled solutions across multiple platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Executive Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite leaders, product management, and business executives to align AI initiatives with company goals and drive adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies.
