We’re hiring for a high-impact opportunity with an AI-focused product team building net-new software for enterprise customers in complex industrial environments. This is a role for someone who wants to go beyond a narrow engineering seat. You’ll work across product, engineering, and customer delivery, helping shape solutions from idea through to deployment. The team moves quickly, works closely with end users, and values people who can combine technical depth with strong curiosity and ownership.
This team operates separately from the broader enterprise so it can move with far more speed, autonomy, and flexibility than a traditional large-company environment. It has been set up as a lean, AI-first group focused on building and launching net-new products quickly, while still benefiting from the backing, customer access, and stability of a major enterprise platform.
What you’ll do:
- Build and ship applied AI products for real-world enterprise use cases
- Work directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities
- Prototype quickly, gather feedback, and iterate at pace
- Operate across product thinking, technical execution, and delivery
- Help turn AI capabilities into practical outcomes for users
What we’re looking for:
- Strong software engineering or applied product engineering background
- Comfortable using modern AI tools and working with APIs, integrations, and rapid prototyping workflows
- Customer-facing mindset — able to engage with users and translate needs into product decisions
- High agency, low ego, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Excited by building, shipping, and delivering value rather than purely theoretical work
Nice to have:
- Experience in AI engineering, applied ML, product engineering, or forward-deployed/customer-facing technical roles
- Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, field service, utilities, aerospace, or other complex operational environments
- Evidence of personal projects, experimentation, or strong curiosity in AI outside of day-to-day work
Why this role:
- Opportunity to build net-new AI products, not just incremental features
- Flat, high-trust team with a strong builder mentality
- Real customer exposure and fast feedback loops
- Remote-first with flexibility across North America and Europe
