WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work independently on the design of complex features and product areas, driving clarity from ambiguity.
  • Work across the full design lifecycle - from research, discovery, and wireframes to high-fidelity visuals and polished prototypes.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to translate customer insights into meaningful, high-impact product experiences.
  • Own and deliver designs for features end-to-end, balancing user needs with technical feasibility and business goals.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Help shape product strategy by bringing a design perspective to roadmap planning and prioritisation.
  • Engage in regular design critique, feedback sessions, and cross-functional collaboration to raise the bar for quality and usability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on visual assets, branding, and product storytelling where needed.
  • Advocate for user experience and accessibility throughout the product development process.
  • Design bespoke digital floorplans for clients based on real-world office layouts, ensuring they are accurate, intuitive, and compatible with our in-product space management tools.
  • Champion design excellence and help foster a culture of thoughtful, inclusive, and user-first thinking across product and engineering.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful, user-centred design across SaaS or mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in Figma (our primary design tool) and experience working with shared design systems.
  • Ability to take a product or feature from concept through to polished execution — grounded in user needs, customer feedback, and business context.
  • Strong visual design sensibility and an eye for layout, hierarchy, and clarity.
  • Clear communication skills - able to articulate design decisions with rationale and openness.
  • Comfortable working in Agile teams, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other designers.
  • Detail oriented but pragmatic - you know when to sweat the pixels and when to move quickly.
  • A growth mindset and genuine enthusiasm for building great products with a great team.
  • Bonus: experience with illustration, motion design, or branding is a plus - but not required.
