Kaden Education is seeking an experienced MFL teacher who is either a second in charge looking for the next step up or is currently a HOD and looking for another challenge! We are looking for an exceptional MFL teacher, passionate about their subject discipline and looking to join an outstanding school. From the start of year 7 at our school, we ensure pupils are exposed to a rich, challenging curriculum for MFL and we have a very high take-up at Key Stage 4. This is an exciting time to join the team, as our founding year group have just moved into Sixth Form! The role will be on a temp to permanent basis.
The Role:
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons across different year groups, adhering to the school’s curriculum and lesson plans.
- Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes students’ academic and personal development.
- Effectively managing classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere, providing constructive feedback to students and supporting their individual learning needs.
- Collaborating with fellow educators and school staff to contribute to the school’s overall success.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in secondary schools and a thorough understanding of the curriculum.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students of all abilities.
- Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Flexibility and availability for day-to-day supply work.
