You take ownership and start with the basics: what is actually needed and what does this mean for the building, the budget, and the programme? What is being asked needs to be translated into something that can be delivered within the base building. That is where you add value. You turn requirements into a solution that works, not just on paper but in reality. You stay in control of the overall process. You select and appoint the right contractors and consultants, align everyone involved and make sure decisions are taken when needed.
