About the role

As Leasing Manager you will manage leasing transactions across the UK portfolio, including London, Cambridge, Oxford, Manchester, Stevenage and Glasgow. You will work with occupiers, agents, and internal teams to shape spaces to meet product requirements and drive occupancy and revenue.

What you will do

  • Manage leasing transactions from first contact through to completion
  • Prepare and negotiate Heads of Terms
  • Build and maintain relationships with occupiers, agents and other stakeholders
  • Drive occupancy and revenue across your portfolio
  • Contribute to positioning, pricing and incentive strategies
  • Translate occupier requirements into workable property solutions
  • Work closely with development, asset management and marketing teams

What we are looking for

  • Have at least 7 years of experience in commercial real estate
  • Have experience with leasing in science, innovation, laboratory, technical or office environments
  • Be able to manage leasing transactions independently from start to finish
  • Understand occupier requirements and how these translate into space, terms and delivery
  • Be comfortable working with occupiers, agents and internal teams
  • Be able to manage several leasing processes at the same time
  • Be willing to travel within the UK and across the wider European portfolio when needed

Who you will work with

You will work closely with the Head of Leasing and be part of the UK leasing team. Day to day, you will work with colleagues in development, asset management and marketing, and spend time with occupiers, agents and other external partners.

  • Managing leasing processes from initial enquiry to completion
  • Preparing and negotiating Heads of Terms
  • Meeting occupiers, agents and other stakeholders
  • Managing your pipeline and reporting on progress
  • Working with internal teams on positioning, pricing and delivery
  • Visiting UK locations and relevant industry events
  • Following market activity across life sciences, innovation and commercial real estate
