What you’ll be doing:
- Produce clear and meaningful commercial and revenue reporting to support strategic decisions
- Analyse group performance, conversion, upselling and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Oversee content distribution across OTAs and other digital platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, policies, and imagery.
- Assist with inventory management, group space optimisation and overbooking risk planning
- Carry out regular system and PMS checks to ensure rates, codes and parity are set up correctly
- Work closely with on-site teams and commercial leaders to improve ways of working and support day-to-day operations

You must have the right to work in the UK for this role. Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail. Confident communicator, both written and verbal. Hospitality experience is a strong plus, especially within lifestyle, hostel or hybrid brands. Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and work remotely. Mews PMS experience is desirable. Experience of managing OTA profiles is desirable.
