What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to guest enquiries via chat, email, and phone with warmth and professionalism
- Monitor and maintain accurate responses in our centralised inbox and other booking tools
- Review reservations for errors, discrepancies, and overbooking risks
- Assist with daily inventory management and optimise room and group bookings
- Liaise with on-site teams to resolve booking queries and share accurate information
- Support improvements in systems, processes, and overall guest experience

Job requirements:
- You must have the right to work in the UK for this role.
- Experience in reservations, hospitality, customer service, or contact centre roles is preferred.
