Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across rooms, dorms, bathrooms, and communal spaces.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of room attendants and cleaners to uphold cleanliness and service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistency, safety, and quality control.
- Manage housekeeping stock levels (linen, cleaning products, amenities) and report any shortages or ordering needs.
- Collaborate with maintenance to report and track room issues or safety hazards.
- Create and maintain cleaning rotas, checklists, and schedules for daily, weekly, and deep cleaning tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire regulations, and COSHH guidelines.
- Support onboarding of new team members and drive a culture of pride, respect, and accountability.
- Be a role model for Kabannas values – friendly, vibrant, professional, and guest-focused.
- Lone working may be required during quieter periods to meet occupancy demands and operational efficiency.
