Team Member β Housekeeping Newcastle
Are you ready to be part of something amazing? Join us in revolutionising the budget accommodation sector at Kabannas. We are currently seeking vibrant individuals to join our team at the Newcastle Upon Tyne Hotel. We have full time (5 days out of 7) and part time (3 days out of 7) roles available working 11am to 3pm with the possibility of a later start or a longer shift at the weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and arranging guest rooms to brand standards
- Changing linen onbeds and bunk beds
- Cleaning and sanitising showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops, and sinks
- Vacuuming and cleaning carpets
- Reporting breakages, damages, and safety issues for repairs
- Assisting with cleanliness of public areas and bar
- Carrying out deep or periodic cleans per schedule
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Housekeeping role is a plus but not essential. No specific qualifications are required, just a passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humour!
This housekeepingrole includes tasks of a physical nature throughout the shift includingextensive bending, lifting and carrying.

We are looking to fill vacancies in full and part-time roles, with a minimum of 12 hours per week, working up to3 days from 7 for part time roles and 5 days from 7 for full time roles, on a rota basis. Due to the nature of the business, weekend availability is required.
