As our journey begins, we're looking for a Duty Manager who loves leading a shift, setting the pace and making sure every guest feels the Kabannas energy.
Your Part in the Kabannas Story
As our Duty Manager, you'll be right at the heart of the action – leading your team on shift, setting the tone and making sure every guest feels that Kabannas energy from the moment they walk in. You'll keep the day-to-day running smoothly, balancing great service with strong organisation behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Front of House operations during your shift, ensuring smooth and consistent service
- Be the go-to for guest feedback, resolving issues with warmth and professionalism
- Champion brand standards, health & safety and ways of working
- Manage bar stock, ordering and organisation
- Work closely with other departments for a seamless guest experience
