As our journey begins, we’re looking for an Assistant Manager starting on 20th of July – someone who leads with warmth, thrives on the energy of a new opening and is ready to shape the culture, the team and the Kabannas story from day one.
Your Part in the Kabannas Story
As Assistant Manager, you’ll lead, coach and support your teams, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring our community vibe shines. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll guide performance, grow the team and keep communication seamless across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all Front and Back of House teams as the main point of contact alongside the GM
- Manage rotas, leave and absences together with the GM
- Ensure smooth task flow and handovers across departments
- Champion high service standards and memorable guest experiences
- Support the team’s growth through regular 1:1s and goal setting
