Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:00 (30 min unpaid lunch + two 10 min paid breaks)

About The Role
We’re currently recruiting for a hands‑on Production Operative to join a busy rural‑based manufacturing site on a Temp to Perm basis. Due to the location, you must be able to drive to access the site.
This is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive, long‑standing team once permanent, you\’ll be upskilled across departments and fully trained on both Reach and Counterbalance FLT, which comes with a pay increase.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Labelling, sampling and decanting liquids into containers
- Mixing solutions as part of the production process
- Moving drums (up to 200kg pivoting/twisting required)
- Manual lifting of up to 30kg
- Completing basic quality and quantity checks
- Recording stock codes and data (basic computer input)
- Rotating through departments based on workload
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
What You’ll Need
- Must be able to drive to the rural location
- Good basic Maths, English and computer skills
- Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items
- Cannot have asthma or back conditions (due to fumes/lifting)
- Willing to learn and work across multiple production areas
