As a fast-paced, high-growth consulting firm, we are looking for a hands-on Sales Account Executive to drive large enterprise expansion deals. These are not mid-market volume selling.
What this role actually is:
- Someone who understands the ERP / SAP ecosystem — not necessarily a delivery consultant, but someone who knows how big transformation deals are won and influenced.
- Comfortable working on £5m+ deal sizes — mid-market sales experience is not relevant here.
- Not a “seller” in the classic sense — this is not about high-volume activity or aggressive targets.
- It’s relationship-led — getting inside an account, building trust, and expanding intelligently.
- Must be able to explain how they use ecosystem plays to win — hyperscalers, internal teams, partners, influence networks — with real examples, not theory.
- Highly methodical — builds account strategy with structure, not hope.
- Understands that to win at this level, you wear multiple hats — strategic, commercial, political — not just sales.
What you must bring:
- Proven background closing or materially influencing ÂŁ5m+ enterprise deals.
- Clear understanding of the ERP / SAP space or an adjacent ecosystem — integrations, alliances, co-sell motions.
- Relationship-first operator, not a volume chaser.
- Able to speak confidently about deal strategy, not just revenue targets.
- Methodical in approach — this is a thinking role, not a dialing role.
- Mature commercial presence — credible with C-level, not just IT buyers.
This is mainly remote based with some UK travel.
This is a permanent position and open to British nationals or professionals with a valid UK work visa (no sponsorship provided).
