We are looking for a Permanent SAP Manufacturing Business Support Analyst with experience in SAP Manufacturing modules and experience working on SAP implementations. We’re looking for someone who has configured and tested SAP Manufacturing modules and ideally worked in end-user environments, closely with manufacturing users and truly understands the day-to-day pressures: production stoppages, master data issues, planning disruptions, and all the operational realities that impact manufacturing performance.
This role suits someone who enjoys working through complex issues with end users, gathering business requirements, and helping them understand the solution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Gathering business requirements and working within the Manufacturing workstream to build solutions
- Supporting users through to go-live and understanding their real pain points
- Troubleshooting Production Orders, BOMs, Routings, MRP, and execution processes
- Working closely with functional teams to prevent repeated issues
- Communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels
- Attending on-site workshops in Salisbury or Bedford every 6 weeks
- Helping build stability and confidence across manufacturing operations
What we’re looking for:
- Strong SAP Manufacturing background
- Strong experience with MRP
- Experience working in end-user environments (or closely supporting them)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to keep users informed
- Someone who takes ownership and enjoys fixing issues
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
Why this role matters:
You’ll be the person the manufacturing team trusts, the one who understands their world, takes ownership, and resolves issues before they disrupt production schedules. Your experience and empathy will make a genuine difference to daily operations.
Location: Remote, with on-site workshops roughly 1 week in every 6 weeks (Wiltshire & Bedfordshire). Eligibility for Security Clearance will be required.
If this role sounds of interest, we look forward to your application.
