KaarTech is growing fast across the UK & Europe, and we’re looking for talented SAP Finance Consultants to be part of that journey. This is a hands-on configuration role for someone who enjoys working in the system, understanding real business processes, and delivering high-quality SAP Finance solutions across S/4HANA and ECC environments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Configure and support SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and configure solutions that meet business and project needs.
  • Participate in design, build, testing, and deployment activities across full lifecycle implementations.
  • Support data migration tasks, including reconciliations and validation of key finance data.
  • Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, preparing clear documentation and ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Collaborate with other functional teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration across modules.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and help optimise system performance and usability.

What we’re looking for:

  • Deep knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA).
  • 3–6 years of SAP project experience, including at least one full lifecycle implementation from design to go-live and support.
  • Hands-on configuration experience with a strong understanding of core finance processes and integration points with other modules.
  • Experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, functional documentation, and end-user training.
  • Exposure to S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, Central Finance, or Group Reporting) is an advantage.
  • A methodical, detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and collaboration.
