We’re looking for a SAP Finance Project Lead who can bring both delivery expertise and strategic influence to shape how we deliver transformation programmes across industries.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading SAP Finance (FI/CO) project workstream focused on the design and delivery on S/4HANA transformations.
- Acting as the go-to authority on Finance processes, from General Ledger and Accounts Payable to Group Consolidation and Reporting.
- Working closely with clients to understand their finance vision and translate it into scalable SAP solutions.
- Influencing roadmaps, setting quality standards, and ensuring Finance integrates seamlessly with Procurement, Sales, and other business functions.
- Supporting the build of a sustainable UK&I delivery model, combining local expertise with global scale.
- Delivering workshops (e.g. Fit to Standard, Solution Walkthroughs and Training) to the client.
- Planning for and delivering Testing (e.g. Unit Testing, String Testing, User Acceptance Testing).
What we’re looking for:
- Proven SAP Finance Lead experience on large-scale programmes (ECC and S/4HANA Cloud).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of FI/CO, including integration with other modules.
- Experience with Integration touchpoints between bank systems and SAP, as well as experience with manual bank statement uploads.
- Ideally experience in implementing Multi Bank Connector (MBC) (not essential).
- A track record of shaping design authority, governance, and best practices.
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- A balance of delivery detail and strategic thinking—you can lead workshops, but also shape the bigger picture.
This role is a permanent position set in a Hybrid working environment between remote and either Bedfordshire or Salisbury. The candidate must be eligible for Security Clearance.
