Our mission is to make elderly care more human, flexible, and reliable for both carers and the people they support. Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks
- Supporting clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring safety at all times
- Helping with meal preparation and feeding as required
- Engaging clients in social activities and encouraging participation to promote mental well-being
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition
- Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Experience
- Previous experience working in the care sector is essential
