This is a full-time, on-site role for a Level 4 Stadium Safety Officer (Event Security) based in the London area, United Kingdom. The Safety Officer will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment during events, ensuring compliance with stadium safety and security regulations, and supporting crowd management operations. The role involves overseeing event-day safety planning, coordinating with stewarding teams and emergency services, monitoring crowd dynamics, and managing incident response. The Safety Officer will also be responsible for briefing event staff, implementing contingency plans, and ensuring compliance with the Green Guide and Safety at Sports Grounds Act. Additional duties include supervising security operations, maintaining incident logs and reports, and assisting with post-event reviews to drive continuous improvement in safety and security standards.

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of event safety management, crowd control, and stadium operations
  • Proven experience in event security coordination and incident response
  • Familiarity with counter-terrorism measures, emergency evacuation procedures, and public safety protocols
