A Top 100 Main Contractor with a successful history operating across East of England is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team delivering their small works projects up to £2m.
Specialists in multiple sectors, including Commercial, Mixed-Use, Residential, and Education, they are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor with great attention to detail and negotiation skills to support delivering high-quality construction projects.
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be amongst a fast-track environment whereby a can-do attitude is key to delivering our projects. You will be responsible for the commercial performance of the Project and become an integral member of a dynamic team whereby relationships internally and externally with our supply chain are key to our project success.
Taking Commercial control of projects from conception stage through to agreement of final accounts, you will be actively engaged throughout the project. IT literate and experienced in working with MS Office and other applications and Cost Control Systems.
