Expertise in the industrial and commercial sectors delivering projects nationwide up to £20 million. This is an exciting opportunity working with a talented team in a rapidly growing business.
The role:
As the Design Manager, you will be responsible for the life cycle of your project from delivery through to aftercare. You will collaborate with the internal team as well as the client to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
Desirable Experience:
- Architectural or structural background
- Knowledge of Construction methodology and Design & Build contracts
- Industrial and fit out project experience will be advantageous
