My client is recruiting for a Senior Estimator to join their Pre-Construction team.
The Company

The Role
Joining this close-knit pre-construction team, you ll play a key role in shaping projects from the outset. With greater visibility across the full process, you ll have the opportunity to make a real impact and see the results of your work through to completion.
The successful candidate will be managing the cost plans and pricing of single and 2-stage tenders under JCT D&B forms of contract.
You will help produce Bills of Quantities (BOQs), take offs, full cost plans, and target cost reporting, as well as occasional pre-construction surveying duties.
Experience
- 3+ years experience in an estimating or construction-based role
- Experience or knowledge of conquest would be advantageous
- Construction experience of working on a similar build portfolio or projects
