We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN/SEMH Teacher to join our growing team.
You will play a vital role in delivering personalised, engaging, and impactful learning experiences that support our pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development.
Duties Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning profiles Implement and review EHCPs in collaboration with SENCo and external professionals Use assessment data to inform teaching and promote progress Foster pupils’ independence, self-esteem, and resilience Work closely with teaching assistants and external agencies to support holistic development Communicate effectively with parents/carers to ensure continuity of support Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience working with children with SEN/SEMHStrong understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and effective differentiation strategies Excellent behaviour management and classroom organisation skills A nurturing, patient, and reflective approach A commitment to continuous professional development and inclusive practice.
