The Role
As a Front of House Tutor, you'll deliver engaging and high-quality vocational training within our commercial training hotel, helping students develop industry-relevant hospitality skills in a real working environment. You'll plan, prepare and deliver sessions that challenge and motivate learners, while working closely with colleagues across education, therapy and residential teams to ensure every student is supported to achieve their potential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging and professional Front of House training sessions that inspire, challenge and motivate students to achieve their goals
- Planning, preparing and assessing learning programmes, ensuring student progress is accurately tracked, recorded and reviewed
- Supporting students to develop the practical hospitality, customer service and employability skills needed for future success
- Working collaboratively with education, therapy and residential teams to support student progress and achievement
- Providing constructive feedback, setting appropriate next steps and celebrating student achievements
- Leading and supporting Learning Support Practitioners within sessions to maximise student engagement and outcomes
- Contributing to course development, quality assurance processes
