Larchfield Primary and Nursery School in Maidenhead is seeking an Inclusion Lead (SENDCO) to drive SEN policy development and oversee provision for pupils with special educational needs.
Reporting to the headteacher, the post focuses on day-to-day SEN policy operations, co-ordinating support, and providing professional guidance to staff, parents and external agencies.
The role also leads the teaching support team, contributing to an inclusive learning environment across the school.
