The Role.
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Curriculum Administrator to join our Curriculum Administration team.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education by providing comprehensive administrative support across curriculum areas.
Working closely with Curriculum Directors, Heads of Faculty, Curriculum Managers and teaching staff, you will ensure that curriculum administration is delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with college policies, funding requirements and external regulations.
You will support the smooth running of day-to-day curriculum activities, maintain accurate student records and provide a professional service to staff, students, parents and external stakeholders.
This role is offered on a Full time, term time only, fixed-term contract until August 2027.
Key responsibilities.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Curriculum Managers, programme leaders, and teaching staff.
Co-ordinate and manage student records, including enrolment, timetabling, attendance, and withdrawals.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data on college systems (EBS, e Trackr).
Liaise with central college departments such as Admissions, Exams, Timetabling, and MIS to ensure deadlines are met and compliance is maintained.
Arranging meetings, prepare and circulate documents and take minutes as required.
