Responsibilities and Requirements

The successful candidate must have the skills and experience to enable students to become independent learners and make progress.

They will support students with SEND in their lessons to ensure they meet their full potential.

They should be able to share their expert knowledge and experience through training and CPD sessions for other teaching assistants and teachers.
