Hanson Academy are looking to appoint a Receptionist to join our academy in September 2026 on a permanent basis.

Do you want to work for a Trust that is transforming educational outcomes for students in some of the most deprived areas in the North of England? If so, this could be the role for you.

Your new role: As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact with the academy/school for all parents/carers and visitors, both by telephone and in person, and need to ensure information flows are accurate and effective. You will deal with incoming and outgoing post as well as assisting with other general office duties as required.

Salary: Grade B Point 3 (£24,796 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £20,872.73.

Hours: 37 hours per week / Term Time only (38 Weeks) Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 3.30pm, Friday 7.30am to 3pm.
