This is an opportunity to join the K3 Fashion Solutions team as a Partner Marketing Executive to help us make our partners look amazing - and grow our global fashion tech footprint!
K3 Fashion Solutions is a UK-based Microsoft ISV that makes fashion businesses run smarter, faster, and more efficiently. Our tools Pebblestone for Business Central and Fashion for Finance & Operations help fashion brands manage everything from design concept to consumer purchase. We work with footwear, luxury, outdoors, and accessory brands worldwide, and we’re on a mission to make partner-led growth a core part of our success. If you love working with people, building programs that actually work, and seeing partners succeed because of you, this is the role for you.
We are considering candidates for this position in the UK. This role provides a hybrid work model, enabling a flexible combination of remote work and in-person collaboration at our modern offices situated in Bristol. This is also suitable to someone fully remote, with occasional office visits.
Key responsibilities:- Recruit & Activate Partners: Help us find and attract the right partners — those who get the fashion tech world and can sell our solutions like pros.
- Onboard & Enable Partners: Make sure new partners hit the ground running with onboarding kits, marketing tools, and ready-to-go campaigns. Run enablement sessions, partner workshops, and occasional in-person events (travel is part of the role). Teach partners how to market, position, and co-sell our products so we all win together.
- Co-Sell & Drive Demand: Launch joint campaigns and co-sell initiatives that actually generate leads and pipeline. Support partner-led and partner-assisted demand generation — because when our partners succeed, we all succeed.
- Collaborate & Influence: Be the go-to marketing partner for our top priority partners. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to bring co-sell and joint marketing motions to life.
- Measure, Learn, Repeat: Track partner engagement, campaign performance, and revenue impact. Continuously improve onboarding, enablement, and co-sell programs based on real results.
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem or a similar channel-led environment.
- Execution-focused with experience running campaigns, programs, and events.
- Ability to manage multiple partners across regions and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills to inspire partners and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel for events and workshops (occasional regional and international trips).
You’ll be part of a team helping fashion brands around the world run better. You will work closely with our partners, see the impact of your work, and help shape the partner ecosystem. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment with room to try new ideas and make them happen. Join us and be the spark that makes our partners, and our business, shine.
As a K3 team member, you can expect:
- A competitive salary
- A dynamic work environment
- Time for learning new technologies
- Flexible hybrid work arrangements
- Attractive additional perks
