You will be at the heart of our marketing, product, and partner communications — helping the business look and feel exceptional everywhere it appears.
Requirements
We are looking for an in-house designer to help bring our B2B software brand to life across digital, print, and video. This is a hands-on role for a designer who can take ideas from concept through to execution - someone with a strong visual instinct, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to design work that resonates with a B2B audience. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate ideas, messages, and emotions into compelling visual assets. From brochures and iconography to motion, video, and social content, you will play a key role in shaping a consistent and high-quality visual identity across all our channels. This role is ideal for a designer with solid commercial experience who wants exposure across multiple disciplines, ownership of creative output, and the chance to grow with the business. We are open to a hybrid role (both Bristol and home based, or remote in the UK).
What You Will Do
- Taking concepts and ideas from internal meetings and turning them into clear, engaging visual assets for B2B audiences.
- Designing desktop publishing materials such as brochures, factsheets, and PDFs.
- Creating custom iconography (including animated Lottie icons where appropriate).
- Producing imagery and graphics for social media and email campaigns.
- Creating and editing video content, including:
- Short (approx. 3-minute) product overview and explainer videos.
- Editing long-form webinar recordings (video and audio).
What We Are Looking For
- Commercial Awareness: Understand the commercial objectives behind design work and be able to translate business goals into effective visual communication. Considering brand positioning, customer needs, and the wider marketing strategy when producing design outputs.
- Strong Stakeholder Communication: Able to communicate design ideas clearly to non-design colleagues and senior stakeholders. Be confident presenting concepts, explaining rationale, and incorporating feedback constructively.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Respond effectively to changing priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving briefs. Demonstrating a practical approach to solving visual communication challenges within business constraints.
- Attention to Detail and Brand Consistency: Maintain a high standard of accuracy across all materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborative Mindset: Work effectively with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver design solutions that support wider business initiatives. Contribute positively within cross-functional teams and value shared outcomes.
Why You Will Love Working Here
You will be the visual storyteller for a global B2B brand, shaping how we look and feel across print, digital, video, and social channels. Your work will make a tangible impact, from marketing campaigns and partner materials to product videos and iconography, helping our brand and partners shine. Fast-paced and collaborative, with plenty of room to experiment, innovate, and see your ideas come to life. Exposure to multiple disciplines: print design, digital graphics, video editing, motion graphics, and brand consistency, perfect for building a diverse portfolio. You will work closely with marketing, product, leadership teams, and partners while having ownership over your projects. A chance to grow your skills across Adobe Creative Cloud and beyond, with opportunities to explore new techniques like animated icons, video editing, and motion graphics.
Benefits
You will be part of a team that helps fashion brands around the world run better. You will get to work closely with our partners, see the impact of your work, and help shape the partner ecosystem. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with plenty of room to try new ideas and make them happen. Join us and be the spark that makes our partners, and our business, shine.
