Key Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Newly or Recently Qualified (NQ) Solicitor.
- Must have completed at least one seat in Corporate Law.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible environment (office and home-based).
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Support in managing a wide range of mid-market corporate transactions.
- Provide legal advice to sellers, buyers, and private equity clients.
- Contribute to the firm's national growth and expansion efforts.
