This is a highly unique opportunity to join this brand new business – KR8 Advisory – a new, Managing Director-led Advisory practice, part of the K3 Capital Group, with locations in London and Manchester (with further expansion to other UK locations over time).
This is an opportunity to be part of a highly ambitious team with a strategic plan to grow its service proposition and expand into other key locations very quickly.
We are looking for candidates at all levels to join our Business Advisory team.
Ideal Candidates Will
- MRICS, or working towards APC
- Receivership experience preferable but not essential
- Organised, collaborative, enthusiastic, high energy, excellent communication & relationship building skills (internally and externally)
- Provide valuations advice and assistance
- Support Clients with options analysis and contingency planning
- Provide and assist with Stakeholder Management experience
