As the Transaction Services Managing Director with a focus on Financial Due Diligence, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of this new line of business within the mid‑market segment. Leveraging your strong background and your established relationships within the Transactions market, you will be responsible for helping build and develop a high‑performing team, developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive business strategy for the Financial Due Diligence line of business, aligning it with the overall goals and objectives of K3 Capital Group. Identify target markets, client segments, and service differentiators to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of talented professionals, including financial analysts, consultants, and industry experts. Foster a collaborative and results‑driven team culture, promoting continuous learning and development.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Extensive network and relationships within the Transactions market and broader financial services industry.
