Services across KR8 include business and capital advisory, restructuring, personal insolvency and real estate restructuring and valuation services.

About the Graduate Programme
Our Graduate Programme is a three year structured journey designed to give you both breadth and depth of experience across business and capital Advisory, with opportunities to gain experience in other areas throughout the Group.
We work closely with our stakeholders to get businesses back on track. Whether that is undertaking financial forecast and strategic reviews within Business Advisory, or undertaking debt advisory, pre‑lend due diligence and financial modelling within Capital Advisory, we have the tools and expertise to help stakeholders pinpoint the optimal business and funding solutions.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
- Supporting the team with delivering on various engagements across both Business and Capital Advisory including:
- Financial analysis of company performance, with the support of the team
- Preparing reports and deliverables for the client
- Engaging with stakeholders both internally and externally throughout the engagement to support delivery
- Working on multiple engagements simultaneously and ensuring communication is open and transparent to facilitate completing engagements within timeframes
- Preparing pitch documents to support work winning
- Supporting on ad‑hoc internal business development tasks
You will also have access to:

Candidate Profile
Candidates will have the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum of a 2:1 degree in a relevant subject (Including but not limited to: Accountancy & Finance, Economics, Maths, Sciences, Engineering)
- Computer skills – proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
- Key skills – strong communication skills with experience to support this and a willingness to learn

We currently have offices in London, Manchester and Leeds covering service lines in Business Advisory, Capital Advisory, Personal Insolvency, Real Estate and Restructuring.
