The Company: Knightsbridge Commercial (Part of the K3 Capital Group) is the UK's Number 1 provider of company sale services, providing guidance to businesses and shareholders across the UK and Ireland. We are currently expanding our internal sales function due to an exciting period of growth and are looking for a super organised and efficient Sales Administrator to join the team based at our Bolton Office.
The Role: As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy Diary Management Team and the Commercial Directors. You will be managing enquiries from clients that are looking to sell their business, by way of passing the leads over to diary managers who fill the diaries for our Commercial Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making administrative calls to ensure clients have correct details to access meetings.
- Organising and uploading accounts for Client meetings.
- Handling correspondence, ensuring all contact details are recorded accurately and arranging calls.
- Utilising software and company websites for email addresses/phone numbers where we don't have them.
- Data capture from leads - tracking overall leads received.
- Filtering leads and distributing accordingly.
- Updating KPI trackers weekly.
- Putting together NDAs for clients.
- Issuing contracts to clients using Adobe.
A bit about you:
- Experience working in a supporting / administrative role within a sales / target driven environment would be beneficial but not essential. We will give you all the training you need to get you up to speed!
What we require:
- Confident phone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-manage.
- Fast typing speed of 50 - 80 WPM.
- Good communication skills - working effectively within both an internal and external team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Energy and commitment.
- Team Player.
- Excellent IT & Analytical skills, especially Excel.
