We are seeking a creative and dynamic Digital Content Producer to join our Marketing and Communications team based in Greater Manchester. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a wide range of compelling content projects, from powerful interviews with clients and professionals to engaging campaign materials. You will play a key role in bringing our mission and values to life through visual storytelling.

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of live video and AI asset creation, along with photographic content, from concept development and planning through to filming, editing and final delivery. Your work will support internal communications, marketing campaigns, client engagement initiatives and broader business development objectives.

You will join a marketing team that supports the entire K3 Advisory Group brand portfolio, working closely with brand and marketing managers to deliver projects across multiple businesses. At times, you may also work alongside external creative partners to deliver best-in-class results. Additionally, you will manage and maintain the company’s Digital Asset Management system, ensuring all visual content is well organised, accessible and up to date.

Demand for media content is high, so this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at pace and producing creative work that makes an impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passionate and versatile storyteller with experience creating meaningful video and photographic content.
  • Strong technical skills in both videography and photography, including lighting, composition and post-production editing.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and prompt development, with the ability to produce avatars, branded B-roll, animations, talking audio and other digital content assets that support and improve the Group's marketing campaigns. Experience using platforms such as HeyGen, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs and other emerging AI tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • Ability to develop concepts into finished products, whether emotional narratives, dynamic campaign pieces or concise digital edits.
  • Experience working independently as a self-shooter and collaborating effectively with brand and marketing stakeholders to complete projects.
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with a track record of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced settings.
  • A genuine interest in people and their stories, with the confidence to build rapport and capture authentic moments. You will be working with senior decision-makers, both internal and external, as well as journalists.
  • Ability to create content for use across a range of channels, including internal communications, websites, social media and wider marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to create animations for use across social media, websites and display advertising.

This position is aligned to our Bolton & Manchester offices, with time needed in both alongside working from home.
